My Solus printer is not recognised by any computer ( 5 -so far )

Did anybody have this problem ?

My Solus has a problem again. It started to print object with 1/2 height ( It made this error once ,in the past ) and I opened it to check. After re-assembly , It's not regconised by any computer anymore. I have tried with 5 computers ( 1 of them I had re-install Windows, Arduino driver, Creation Workshop) but nothing happens. I can't hear the usual sound of USB device connected. In the Creation Workshop software, the COM port is not visible any more. Ah, I have also tried different USB cables too.

What problem can it be ? Please help me. I can not figure out what happens.

Thank you

Can you see the light on on the Arduino if you look through the front? Are they running Win 10?

Sounds like your USB port got turned off. Check in your Device Manager to see if the ports are loaded. Check your USB cable is good.
Does it see your projector?
