Moving from the home position +Z

I $h the machine like the "home the printer " video to follow the video "calibrating the build plate". The printer moved to the quarts but Its not responding to move up when hitting the +Z to get the build plate off the quarts.

Sorry, I just see now that you mention to remove the build plate off the quartz...you cannot home with the build plate in.

I followed the video. How do I get the printer to move +Z? Do I need to do some type of reset. The video said use $h to home for "calibrating build plate", it worked when I followed the video for "Home Printer".

Hi,

To calibrate the build plate you need to loosen all the build plate screws first, then home.

Please turn off the printer power, turn the Z screw by hand to raise the arm, remove the build plate and then $h again.
