Grid Calibration
I'm getting all but the very top corners square but my major issue is while most all the sides and top are straight the bottom has a bow that I can not seem to get rid of without throwing everything else off.

Re: Grid Calibration
There is a video that can help you adjust the grid distortion. You can find in the contour video section viewtopic.php?f=12&t=104
However, the distortion correction settings should already be built in. Make sure you select your correct projector from EDIT/PREFERENCES.

I entered the same settings as you had at the end of the video, Monger, and they worked great for me.

Hi,
Just use the Scale Adjustment button on the setup page. Enter your desired values in the "Original scale" boxes and your measured values in the "Actual scale" boxes, click Apply and then OK.
However, the first few layers of something printed directly on the platform will often not be accurate in the Z dimension due to the calibration of the build plate.
