crystal platform is stuck in the from a power outage

I had a power outage and the crystal stopped in the down position. The software wont move it back. how do I manually adjust it? Thanks!

You need to close Contour, unplug the USB cable from the back of the machine, and plug it back in. Then start the software and run the home cycle. It should move the glass back up.

You post pictures by clicking on the Attachements tab, uploading the file and then clicking on Place Inline.
