is this software included with new purchases? if so, is it available free of charge to those who purchased their machines before the software was available?

I bought my machine last year so I am currently not using it..i would certainly like to try it but I don't feel I use my machine enough to justify the purchase.

If the software is not available free of charge to existing solus users, is a trial version available?

Hi James,

When you purchased your machine it included the Creation Workshop software. The price of the machine was $100 less.

New purchases include the Contour software, however users that had CW initially with their machines can upgrade to Contour for $99.

$99 is well worth it considering what it can do for you. It will save you time and headache compared to CW. Just think of the Grid Adjustment and Support Generator features are more than enough. I highly recommend it.
