Printed great last night. Projector shut off as planned. Tried to print another model this am. Didn't turn off or restart Contour.
Set up model in Contour....when I selected Print Wizard
Got this message.
Printing failed. Detected 1 USB serial port, but no Solus DLP controller among them.
Checked all connections, power, restarted computer 3 times.
THEN got this error
Printing failed Access denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))
Suggestions?

SO Mark, you got the inside scoop or something??? hahaha
I must have restarted 6 times!!
Maybe 7 is the charm!
AND when I was trying to login on the Solus computer to get the newest update for Contour ( I KEEP it off the internet on purpose...good ol' Windows updates and all) WINDOWS caught me and took over! About an hour update!!
ANYWAY...it went past the Error messages. Go figure.
What did you know???

Sounds like a USB issue. Try changing the cable and the USB port.

Changed the usb port. Only have one cable for SOLUS DLP controller. ASSUMING that's the silver cable that shuts off the projector when finished/??
It's not recognizing the USB for the DLP controller
