Cw problems and ports

HELLO Everyone! I have hard time with printer!
I reinstall my pc for Windows 8.1 because I was running on 10. And I set up everything .
When I do $h operation load project to cw sliced pressing start arm does not wanna start. Projector lithing up and Cw time runs.
Other thing I have to pull out printer from usb each time when I close Cw? Because I can't connect printer.
Before reseting I don't have this problem.
Please help
