Hi
Do you have to tweak the exposure values for larger models, I have a skull ring which I have tried to print and it fails almost every time with by usual settings, I was wandering if you need less or more exposure?
Thanks, Joe

Re: Larger Models
Shouldn't need to. Can you email me the stl and any fail pics?
Re: Larger Models
O.k so I found a mesh error and fixed it using netfabb basic, still experiencing failed prints. Mark suggest the shank might be too thick, if I print it in a different orientation and minimise thick slices will this help? STL attached.

Re: Larger Models
There is nothing wrong with your supports, it is however possible that the top of the print/face of the skull creates too much suction because of the surface it covers. Your failed prints should provide you with valuable information, from what point does the print start to fail?
My experience with these kind of object is to print them upright. Yes it will increase printing time but it also decreases suction and it will less likely fail.

Thanks Thijs
I have hollowed the model out a fraction more in areas to create less grip to the film.
PS Amazing models !!
