Contour- Comport 4 and 3 not connecting

Hi there,
i am running my Solus with an Asus Ultrabook UX 305FA, win 10, and a InFocus projector.
For the last 12 month with the CW Software everything was working fine for me.
Now with the new release of Contour i wanted to improve everything and installed the Contour software to my computer.
When i hit "connect to the controller" my screen blacked out and i had to reconnect the hdmi cable to the projector to get my sceen back on. When i get my screen back, i can read that the controller was not able to connect to the projector.
After i tried so many ways to figure out the problem without success, i decided to try the recommaded Optoma 37HD to solve the problem:
With " connect to the controller" my screen does not blackout anymore, but it still tells me that it is unable to connect to the projector and comport 3 and 4.
Ofcause i rechecked if i did attache the cables correctly, i deactivated my InernetSecurity software, i went to the devicemanager to see that both comports are active and i ran my drivertoolkit software to update all drivers.
Is anyone here with ideas to solve this strange problem?
