After the film is installed I tighten the vat all the way down. Then loosen the thumb screws till the vat starts to be loose. Then tighten the thumbscrews 1/4 to 1/2 turn. Then print.
I paint the slots in the thumb screws white so I can keep track of the turns easier. I also mark the vat so it is always installed the same direction.eangor wrote:Very nice prints. It has been crazy busy since before Thanksgiving!! I have been doing a bunch of 42XY printing since before Christmas. Enjoy!!
