Are those all supports or is that a base for the turtles to rest on?

I believe parts of what you see is the shank to the ring.

Ahh I see it now. I just assumed it was a standalone character model, not a ring. ;-)

Yes, that's the shank. With the brown print, I got too excited after i made the turtle I printed it before i figured out what the shank would be... haha heres a little video of what im wanting it to look like. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JmmeWzyZtvE

I've been getting some hard lines on my prints that looks like maybe the platform isnt running up the Z screw as smoothly as it could. I put some all-in-one lubricant on the screw that seemed to improve it but I was wondering what you guys are using for this if anything.
