Try moving the printer arm (without resin tank and platform) all the way up and down about 15 times. That should lubricate the bearings and give you much smoother prints.

Thanks for the advice Monger
Well i've printed another one and it turns out super smooth. I've also confirmed the guitar print has lines because it was too thick and should be hollowed.

Ok so i just finish making my girlfriend headsculpt using 3d model and print with Solus, paint by my friend. and then i decided to make 3d sculpt hair rather than rooting the hair.
both headsculpt and hair printed using solus proto 42xy25z, model is hollowed with 1mm thickness for the head and 0,5mm thickness for the hair.
very happy with the print result. the detail is very crisp.

so I got commission work to print this ring, customer requested using castable resin and asked me to cast it into silver with finishing oxidize for Him.
I printed it, since I don't know how to cast metal, I gave it to local foundry here, who has no experience with 3d print castable resin.
And... the silver cast result is awesome. PERFECT!
