Cut them using micro scissors close to the surface. Then sand down what's left of the tip. If you make holes, you can also put a drop of resin into the hole, UV cure it, then sand it smooth.

That said, I also try orienting the models in such a way, that the supports are only attached to areas that are not so important, and also by using small supports in other areas.

Model by a very talented artist, Hans Kristian Andersen (@hanska3d). Printed using SolusArt resin. Love this stuff. Around 75mm tall. 42 microns XY, 30 micron slices.
