SolusCast in Turbo mode and casting

This ring was printed as a test and show SolusCast in Turbo mode (Turbo sounds so 1980's, lol).

Results = AMAZING!

Prints came out great. This print took 54mins. If done using the same rez, non Turbo using Emerald settings, it would have taken just over 2hrs.

There is just a little layer line, if I'm to be pick. I usually print Emerald at 20. The highest rez for SulosCast Turbo is 30. That larger slice may be the slightly heavier layer lines. It's not bad, they will be polished out, it's virtually a non-issue but it would be a little more positive if those lines were not there. Can we get a 20 slice setting for Turbo?

By far, CASTING is going to be the true test. I will be casting in a few hours. I'll show results good are bad. I'm willing to accept this cast to fail but if 3 cast in a row are bad, that's not great. This cast I'm using the 8hr burnout supplied with the SolusCast resin. If that doesn't work I'll cast again with my longer Emerald burnout that has proven to be near perfect. If repeated cast do not work then SolusCast is too finicky for me to work with and I'll have to go back to the high success rate of Emerald.

I 100% hope SolusCast cast well. I want that for me, I want that Solus, and all involved.

Wasn't mine, but I agree, nice simple design. A customer had a pic and asked me to make a similar ring.
