Hello guys,
Is there anybody uses "SENERTEK castable resin" ?
http://www.senertek.com/3d/
Now I'm trying 30Micron/3sec, Base 15sec x 4times.
looks good.
but this resin is very fast curing, and it seems it has some generating fever when exposuring UV light.
I think It needs little bit careful.
I want to know best exposure time etc...
Is there any information ?
Thanks.

Thank you for sharing, Naoto!

Re: SENERTEK castable resin ?
I still have half a bottle at home .....
it is well printed, but it is not good to cast well because it has many ashes.
it's a waste of time ....
but if you do well to burn it
so please let me know at least I use half a bottle ....
I've tested senertek, bluecast, FTD deepblack, Epic M .... the best Epic
but I'm still going to try B9 green or yelow

Re: SENERTEK castable resin ?
Hello guys,
My report here.
I did not cast this prints.
* because After printing, it cracks so hardly ....
It can not use to cast.
and Resin vat got damage, Acyl body has some crack.
I don't recommend to use this resin. I quit to use.
but, this resin can cure very fast and beautiful, nothing error, no failed.
If you are using Aluminum vat, I guess there is a chance to use.
and price is very low.
> but I'm still going to try B9 green or yelow
Yes, me too.
I also tried "maker juice cast resin", but silver-casting is failed by many ashes.
surface is noised, and detail is dead by plaster cracks.
Thanks.

Re: SENERTEK castable resin ?
Just use cherry resin, It casts perfect. In my opinion it is the easiest resin for casting . just shake it well before use .

Re: SENERTEK castable resin ?
Prints and casts great. Just shake it well before use. Cure it well like any other resin. Marc.
