That's good to know. I couldnt help but notice that my parts would easily slide right off the build plate with the default burn-in.
So I amped mine up an extra 10 seconds for the 25µm slice burn in. Problem is, I didnt juice it up for the rest of the build.
I think my issue is the aftermarket lamp that our procurement officer got for me. I just ordered one that seems to be OEM.
We need to see if there's someone out there selling just the bulb, true OEM OSRAM, without the cage. If I can find a REAL bulb, guaranteeing 3000-5000 hours like OEM, and 280 watts, I'll order a box of those guys.

I rub on some of the blue resin to my build platform which helps make the Solus wax stick a little better.

No offense but I never really understood this ideology. Once the build plate's 20µm from the film I'm pretty sure it's covered with material already. Am I missing something?

Yep. I have 3 of those Otoflash units myself. The last 2 I bought have the integrated gas solenoid with nitrogen hooked up to them. Talk about the fastest curing solution ever! Almost too fast.

the new Solus Wax might be better at sticking to the build plat. The first batch did not so putting the blue cast helped it to stick better. It still slides off easy but I had prints fall off mid way through the print. Being on the plate first it stays there.

more ash in solus wax I have seen only FTD deep black resin that is not just for casting but for very accurate samples.

I will not even attempt to cast this resin and cling to ash.

shame ... I really believed .... :(

If you try it, the solus wax is great to print with and I have not had any problems with it adhering to the build plate. I dont put any resin on the base plate. Casting is fantastic, quick, accurate and comes out perfectly.

Hi,
I sent the models to the casting house. They regularly have good results with emerald. I did not know how the temperature was used, but I asked for the highest temperature and it was 800 ° C. But like Monger said it looks like a casting issue.
I make another tests.
