Re: Solus Wax Resin
I just re-calibrated the table, should I change the exposure time and to what number?

Re: Solus Wax Resin
Please try this first.
In contour, go to EDIT, VIEW PROFILES FOLDER. Delete the SolusWax profile from the folder. Restart Contour. Go to the resin profiles and you should have the SolusWax selection there still. Select it and press OK.
This ensures that you have the latest profile.
Make sure you're using at least 0.4mm supports (preferably 0.6) to support those prints. Do not use sphere supports.
Add more supports . There are areas that lack some supports. You can also try angling the supports a little.
To solve the sticking to the base issue, we recommend getting the gel. http://www.junction3d.com/buy/build-plate-adhesion-gel

Re: Solus Wax Resin
Thank you, I'll give this a go. I'll order the gel when I get more material, I only bought the 50ml to try out. I looked to purchase the liter bottle but was sold out, any news on when you'll get more?

Re: Solus Wax Resin
I had success printing models the first few times I tried the soluswax but the scale was way off. Adjusting for the scale problem, I'm just getting crap now. The latice prints and the first millimeter or so of the models. I've lost the better part of A week
screwing around with this stuff. I'm going back to the soluscast. I haven't had consistent results but I can usually clean up the problems with my welder. I'll try again when I get caught up with my work.

Re: Solus Wax Resin
All of a sudden I could not get anything to print this week. Went and put in a new film. had been using the same film for 4 to 6 months. Got a little better. Yesterday I increase my exposure time. Back to getting good prints. My lamp is getting old.

Hello Mongerdesigns
SolusWax has been out of stuck for a long time. When I can expect to be in stock again? Thanks!
