I assume from the superb result we see, the soluwax is the way to go in jewelry printing.
Which is the recommended projector for future Solus owner?
What is the suggested time to change the bulb if it is used only with soluWax profile "higher Exposure time".
Does the film need to be a hair looser for a great result as I have noticed?
I'm sure this will help a lot of people getting into printing.

Currently we recommend the Vivitek 1186 which is included in the Solus bundle.

It's recommend to replace the bulb every 1200-1500 hours, however you can stretch that time a little longer if you increase the exposure time to compensate.

No. Same film tension that you get when using the film adapter to install the film. SolusWax is much more forgiving when it comes to film tension because it's not a sticky resin.
