Thanks Monger. I'm still struggling and trying to figure it out. I've upped my exposure to 4.2 while printing at 20z now waiting on it. Hopefully it helps and I'll clean afterward.

No luck. I really don't understand what's going on. In between all this I had a "successful" print that had 4 designs correctly print and 1 failure. Now I'm just returning to all failures.

It's your supports. You're not doing them correctly. Need better orientation for the models and better supports. Thicker tips. Etc.

How many hours do you have on your projector bulb? Ever change it since 2016?

Recalibrate the buildplate so it is level. If it is off a little it will fail to print. Or if it is pushing to hard on the Vat you can get problems in later layers where it wont stick anymore.

I bought this one used with light use but I just checked & have 1694 hours on the bulb it looks like so time for a new one. Thanks. I'll recalibrate the build plate too. thanks. Any top of the line site for the lamps (optoma hd37)?

Thanks everyone for your help. It looks like my biggest problems on both my machines was recalibrating the build plate. Thanks again Kokos & Monger.
