From the picture you sent me it looks like a graphics driver error. I can tell because of all the extra flashing around the base.

Has anyone tried slicing this at .020 yet?

I tried .025 with slighter faster exposure times and it worked awesome. Wondering if .020 would yield even better results.

Yes, we print at 20 microns with no issues. Don't even need to change the exposure. However, it takes a lot longer to print ;) For 99% of things 30 microns is more than enough.

I'm not complaining at all about the quality of my prints with the emerald resin but the prints shown here are even better than mine. I'm wondering if you are using a finer slice than I am. Also, I am having extremely good casting results with plasticast but I burn out for 11 hours. I still get some inclusions when I use an eight hour cycle. Finally, I now recalibrate the build plate every month. I had let it go for four months and was getting less crisp prints, after recal, great improvement.

Not sure I did anything different there. 25xy and 30z resolution. Having said that, you can easily print at the 20 micron Z resolution if you want nicer surface quality.

You don't usually need to re-calibrate the build platform unless it shifted a little from heavy handling.

The prints i am getting with the emerald are great but the models shown above appear more crisp than mine. What slice thickness are you using?
