UV only. If you heat cure it above 140F, it will melt/ooze.

K So I UV Cured in water before i realized on another topic that it wasn't advised
Any negative effects expected from this?

This is roughly 95-93% Wax Cast 5-7% Emerald After 50 mins in the sun in a bowl of tap water
In the process of trying a similar mix with B9 Yellow



0.3mm supports failed but 0.45 and bigger seemed to work

So tested a lot of mixes before I got to pure ... and even a 5%-7% mix makes the supports far more livable and the prints work more consistently for me than MJ straight where i ended up breaking quite a few models either in print or when trying to cut away supports(which end up too thick to work)

i dont like this resin because its very hard to see detail most of the times i re print my pieces because its showing as prongs are missing need to look under a microscope to see a detail..

When UV curing, is the resin stable if cured under water? (this may have been answered already based on a later post)

Also, is there a point in time during the UV cure where there can be 'too much' UV which causes damage to the exterior surface? I have some prints that look almost sun bleached near white and worry that the resin is compromised. These were cured under water for approximate 60 minutes in my custom UV mirrored enclosure.

Curing under water is not a recommended as there are water soluble additives in it which aid in casting.

What is the best method for rinsing and curing then?

I have noticed models turning a slightly lighter colour when submerged in meth spirits (this is the method I used with the B9 resins)

I have a question... that is..
has anyone have a successful printout with using just Waxcast resin?
Not mix 50/50 with emerald.

somehow my print came out one side almost perfect.
the other side (the lift/peel side) has like a corrosion effect to it.

currently i am using the Solus Printer , Optoma Projector
and Waxcast 25xy profiles.

I don't know what is causing that effect.
I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help.
