Hybrid Resin Blend (WaxCast and Emerald)
Are you getting a glass finish cure all the way to the center? How long are you leaving it under those lights? In or out of water?

Yes Im getting that glass finish you are talking about, only with the cherry resin though. However with the emerald the part becomes bone dry, hard to break , they always look as if they weren't thoroughly cleaned.
Regarding the cycle I use the b9c curing unit instructions.

How did you find out what B9 and Envisiontec are using for their cure lamps? And how long are you leaving it under them?

Update: We completely stopped using UV LEDs due to their limit in curing most hybrid curing, or the solucast on its own.The casting results weren't that good.

What do you use/do to fully cure them?

I like the lizard lamp because of the heat

They are fully cured overnight. The casting comes always perfect. By the way, we use an induction casting machine too.....Yes, the lizard lamp can be a good alternative too.
The LED's are just a wast.
