I've been having some issues getting the MakerJuice WaxCast prints to stick to the aluminum build plate. They sometimes do and sometimes they just end up in the tank. As a solution, I took some Emerald resin and smeared it very lightly on the build plate, lightly coating it. This would make the waxcast prints stick to the base like super glue.
I took it a bit further and made a 50:50 mix of the WaxCast and the Emerald resins, and I'm very satisfied with the results.
The color reminds of the epic resin. The resin is much tougher than the waxcast alone. Can use super thin support tips again. Sticks great to the plate. Very smooth surfaces. Haven't casted yet, but I see no reason why it shouldn't cast well.
If you're having trouble with the waxcast resin by itself, try the mix.
You can download the regular waxcast profiles here viewtopic.php?f=8&t=287, and just make some adjustments:
This is for 25xy. I haven't tested at 42xy yet, but it shouldn't be hard to figure it out.
Layer Exposure Time: 2200
Base Exposure Time: 14000
UPDATE! It seems like the Emerald settings work very well for the Hybrid mix at the 42 micron build size.
Here are some photos.

Look great! Are the models in the pics after or before post cured? How is the color changing? Thanks.
Re: Hybrid Resin Blend (WaxCast and Emerald)
Prints look nice. Casting is key, so it'll be interesting to see how it casts. I know how well WaxCast casts, so it'll be interesting to observe what this hybrid will do.
Regarding the stickage to the build plate: we observed this during development when the base is very small and the supports are very thin. We recommend a larger surface area for the initial attachment point and for supports to have a larger diameter.

Well, here's a pic of the hybrid casting.
The hoops of the earrings in wg were hybrid.
The two rings were Maker Juice only
The yellow parts of the hoop earrings were B9 green.
VERY PLEASED WITH ALL of them!
These were just tumbled so far...

Can you make any comparison between the three resin variations or did they pretty much cast identically? Where there any problems?
Re: Hybrid Resin Blend (WaxCast and Emerald)
Shane,
When i originally cast the white gold pieces, I didn't know about/think about the hybrid resin. Saw Emil's post after. They were in B9 green and one didn't come out very well.
Don't know why.
Recast the wg earring part using the hybrid. Worked great!
The maker juice cast just fine. The MJ rings were in the same casting flask as the first earrings in B9 Green.
My initial maker juice grows were not as crisp as the green. Still working on that--think it's better. Gonna do some test grows with a cube when I can get away from production work at the bench and finish these pieces already cast.

Like that the hybrid has color change properties like the MJ WaxCast.

ALSO--
The hybrid resin is very smooth...I'm sure the design of the ring factors in greatly, but this ring has very little in the way of grow lines.
OF COURSE I'm sure setting the to .025 helped considerably!!
Gonna cast this one next.
I'll post results

Nice. Lots more photos
Bob, I see some flashing around the bases on the last photo. Try lowering your bottom layer exposure a bit and it should get rid of that flashing.
