MJ Waxcast Casting

Postby steels » Tue Aug 16, 2016 2:41 pm

Has anyone had any consistent success with casting with MJ Waxcast? I love growing models with it, they come out with great detail and out of 30+ prints, only 2 have failed. Some of our castings come out with some of the smoothest surfaces, then there will be one spot where the investment broke down or the resin didn't fully escape. Really frustrating. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'll go back to yellow if I have to, but really like the surface finish and detail of the waxcast.
Thanks,
Blake

You need to use Phosphate bonded investment .here is the link if you are familiar with platinum casting. http://www.stuller.com/products/21-7060 ... ryId=18784
To remove the investment after casting you need. https://www.romanoff.com/j-break-platin ... azmat.html

It gonna work every time for you.no Ashes,no need to cure and most importantly no micro breakage. M Williams
