SolusCast Profile - Blue Projector Light?

So I noticed when I use the SolusCast profile in contour the projector projects blue light instead of white light. At first I thought it might be the reflection of the blue resin. But it's definitely blue light. Wondering if it's supposed to be blue? I've had some minor failures happen with that profile. But when I switched it to the emerald green profile and used it on the SolusCast resin, it printed fine.

Yes, it's blue light.

We're still optimizing the print profile, so if anyone else is having trouble please let us know via email and we will send you an updated profile to test. It's possible your projector bulb has too many hours on it.

I think my couple failures were probably more from my film being too tight than anything else, since I just put on a fresh film.
I was just surprised to see the blue projector light, and was wondering if that was normal.

will the light be blue even on the green profile ?

Just the SolusCast Profile has the blue light as far as I can tell.

I was wondering about the blue light too. Thought it was a reflection of the 'inky' resin.

Seems it's a little hard to get to print though. If I duplicate the same part 4 times I'm lucky to get 1 or 2, even with new film.

I pulled the Solus housing apart and wiped down the mirror and insides of the quartz and glass window. For some reason they were quite dusty. I also pulled the lamp out of the projector and sprayed it gently with air to clean out any dust.

Then, for my next print, all 4 parts came out fine! I wonder if I fixed something.....or just lucky.
