Lamp hours/exposure time ratio

Postby Mikkopee » Wed Dec 12, 2018 8:42 am

Just wondering what is "normal" lamp hours versus exposure time.

Mine is 5 month old machine and about 345h and exposure time Z30 is 17sec. Less than that I get failed prints. SolusWax.

Can you share you lamp hours/exposure time ratio and what resin you use.

E: lamp hours 345h

Who's your reseller? Please contact them for help. Might be the resin has gone bad.

I have two different SolusWax, light blue and dark blue. Dark one is from july 2018 patch and light one is few months old. Both are SolusWaxes and same reseller.
I try to take picture.

I believe the lighter blue was the first batch. I got some of the first run. The darker blue was the second batch I got. Just got some new SW, but have not opened it yet. They keep trying to refine it.

Ok, good to know. Are Contour setting still same in light or dark blue or do I need to change them?

yes, But be sure you have the latest profile. Do you have Beta update checked in Contour? Somewhere on here is how to make sure you have the latest. Can't remember if you need to delete it in the profile folder then restart Contour.

UPDATE.
I have new SolusWax resinsample and it prints fine with default settings.

It is now clear that my SolusWax is bad and I waiting for replacement.

Also B9 Emerald prints fine with default settings.
