Screw size for the build plate?

Postby ZachJ » Fri Jan 18, 2019 9:19 pm

I wanted to calibrate the build plate again and one of the four screws seems pretty worn/loose and I don’t trust it for much longer, so I’d like to replace it. Does anyone know what size/replacement it would be?

Might not be the screw. Most are harden steel. My guess would be the softer aluminium. Most hardware stores will have a plate to find the right screw thread. I would bet it's metric though.

After learning a lot about screws, its probably an "M2x3mm Hex Socket Knurled Head".

I hope its not the aluminum...after a week + of fighting to get the Solus Gray resin to work and the tilt motor dying, Im not in the mood for another piece of the Solus to fail. :?
