Re: failed print on many items
How old is your bulb? How old is your printer? Did you shake the resin bottle really well before pouring?

Re: failed print on many items
the printer is only 10mts old. and have printed only mbaybe 150 rings.
i did give the bottle a good shake.
i have taken the exposure time from 2.3 to 2.6 sec
lift speed to 80.

Have you checked your video/graphics card settings as per the user manual? Windows updates often will reset the video card to the default settings.

Re: failed print on many items
I think your film was too tight. It now looks like the exposure is too high as you are getting excess/over curing in some of the layers. Try a re-print at 2.3-2.4 sec exposure.
