Thanks for your concern. The Solus Pro is alive and good. Forums are probably dead though (like your old forum lol). Most people only post problems on them and since the Pro is pretty much problem free, not many post their success stories.

Yes, it's a slightly newer formula. Different color, prints better and quicker.

Turn the power off from the back, then open the lid and turn the lead screw by hand until the arm moves up about half way up. Then remove the build plate and resin tank.

This happens with every file or a specific file? Because we can't replicate it here.

What version of Contour are you running?

The graphics card doesn't have enough power to drive contour at that resolution. Especially if your models have a high triangle count. I suggest upgrading that card with something more beefy.

Computer specs?

It's a draft mode for SolusWax pro. Prints quicker, but slightly lower quality.
