I take it this the older Solus printer, not the Solus Pro? Are the rods clean of grease build up. Sounds like something is binding. Did you run the calibration program?

Most of my problems is I heat the metal too hot. This will cause pits, hole in your casting. I let the investment sit at least 5 hours. I get better results if I let them sit overnight before putting in oven. Especially with fine detail and lettering. I use a Necraft oven with a add on controller. V...

The projector is the problem IMO. How many hours on the bulb? But my guess is it's not the bulb but something internal. Contact Emil.

Try a different resin. Solus Wax Pro cast great. Looks like interaction with the investment. Do you go to 1400 degrees and hold that for at least 3 hours.

How close are you zoomed in using Contour software? If you are zoomed in it will not show the supports. Did your computer do a windows update? Mine wanted to update a week or so ago. Might have changed the graphics drivers. It does sound like a graphics problem.

increase you touch point size. Maybe add them manual. One on each side of ring up to oval area. 2mm wide support with .6 to .8 touch points.

I would check that the switch is ok. One time the board cracked and switch would not work correctly. Also make sure the plugs are seated correctly and you didn't mix up where they plug into the board.

I know it's not recommended but I leave my vat on the printer with the resin in it. I cover it with a piece of cardboard and on top of the cardboard are some packets of silica gel absorbent. I just stir it up with the spatula and start printing.
