Hi guys, I'm having a problem with my Solus, the quartz support went down as you can see in the picture in attach, I add a video too.
Can you please help me to solve this problem?

Did you try running a home cycle?

Hi Emil, I did the home cycle and it went back in position. Anyway this is not the first time it happen and on the left side it looks not tough as the right one. Any idea to fix it perfectly?

Might be a spring problem. Maybe catching on a wire. Have you done a dry run of a print and watch how the tilt is working?
