get the build plate out of the vat.

Had a power outage while printing.
The plate is stopped down in the vat.
How do I get the plate back up out of the vat?
I am afraid if I hit home it will impact the vat and damage the printer.
I now have a battery backup so this won't happen again.

Turn the power off from the back, then open the lid and turn the lead screw by hand until the arm moves up about half way up. Then remove the build plate and resin tank.
