Printer is locked up

My printer has stopped homing. I've read several previous posts on this topic and tried the recommendations.
I have updated to the 2.1.22 version.
I have unplugged and removed the USB lines then pushed the small reset button and plugged printer back in.
I have manually turned the Z screw till it is 1/2 way down.

Would you have any more suggestions for me? The printer has less than 100 hours on it and this is the second time it has locked up. Emil corrected the issue the first time.
