Projector "Lens Shift" Tight

I have two sets of printer. One of them has a issue of Projector particular in LENS SHIFT. It seems too tight or something not rotatable to adjust. Is there anybody knows how to loosen it to rotate it? I was thinking might be has something to unlock to rotate it or maybe it needs to open the projector. Any idea please? Thanks in advance for your response.

The dial won't turn. My guess it's jammed inside. You would need to take it apart to see why it won't turn.
